IF YOU HAVE A PRODUCT THAT
NEEDS TO BE RETURNED: Please complete the RMA Request form. Once completed, you
will receive an RMA (Return Material Authorization) by
email. Your RMA number acts as a tracking number for your
return, so please keep it in a safe place. Packages
returned without a proper RMA number on the outside of
the box will be refused. RMA numbers are valid for a 14
day period once issued, so the product must be returned
within that time frame. We will not be responsible for
the shipping charges to CCS. Since we assume no
responsibility for the loss of the returned product
during shipping, we suggest that all returns be sent by a
traceable and insured method such as UPS or FedEx. - Physically damaged merchandise not reported
within 7 days of receipt will void any and all
warranties. |
